When approving the General Terms and Conditions, if you don't receive the SMS, don't request the code via SMS more than 3 times as it could block your account!
We have noticed that some phone numbers do not receive SMS properly.
If you use True Caller, check if you have received an SMS from Namirial TSP.
If you haven't received anything, enter another phone number in the settings of the Moneco application, and it should work!
Ideally, enter the French phone number of a relative so they can pass on this code to you.
If you receive the code but it's too late to submit it, contact us via the chat in the application.
If it still doesn't work, contact us without requesting a code via SMS again.
