I can't pay online with my card

First, make sure your card is correctly activated.

The card cannot be activated with an online payment, only with a withdrawal from an ATM or a payment with a physical card, as you need to enter your PIN to activate your card.

Then, check if online payments are allowed from the Moneco application.

To do this, go to the Cards section > Manage my card > Activate online payments (e-commerce).

If the problem persists, contact us via the chat in the application with the following information:

  • Which method did you authorize? (SMS, 3DS in the app)

  • Did you receive a payment notification in your Moneco application?

  • Have you confirmed your PIN in the Moneco application?

  • Are you using iOS or Android?
