I have an issue adding a beneficiary or making a transfer

These actions are only possible once your identity verification is completed and approved.

Adding a beneficiary or sending a transfer is a sensitive action on your account, so you must enter the PIN code you set to secure your account to perform this action.

If the problem persists:

1. Log out of the application (Settings > Log out).

2. Close the application.

3. Log back in.

It should work!
