Make sure you have the latest version of the Moneco application. The number can be found in the note on the transaction detail page. If you can't find it, contact us via the chat in the Moneco application.

Are you not receiving the notification in the Moneco application or the SMS to validate the link between your Moneco card and your PayPal account?
