I have an issue with an instant transfer

First, verify that the beneficiary's name, IBAN, and BIC are correctly entered, and that it's an account located in the Eurozone.

Next, some beneficiaries may not be able to receive instant transfers from Moneco at the moment.

Here's what we can suggest:

  • Try with another beneficiary.

  • Send the funds via a standard transfer.

  • Suggest to your beneficiary to open a Moneco account to receive instant and free P2P transfers!

Standard transfers sometimes take 1 to 3 business days to appear in the beneficiary's account.
