I have an issue with the delivery of my Moneco card

I MADE A MISTAKE ON THE ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING THE CARD

We cannot modify the address once the card is ordered because it is produced and shipped immediately.

You can cancel your card and order a new one at your own expense.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CARD

The card is automatically sent on the first business day after your order.

Delivery takes an average of 3 to 5 business days, but sometimes up to 10 business days depending on postal delays.

The card is sent by regular mail so we do not have a tracking number.

  • Is your name on the mailbox?

  • Was the address entered correctly?

  • Has the 10-business-day deadline passed?

If yes, contact us via the Moneco application chat.
