I can't top-up my account with a card

  • Please check if it's a prepaid card.

We don't accept prepaid cards to top-up your Moneco account.

  • Check which country your card was issued in.

Currently, we can only accept cards issued in one of the following countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, New Caledonia, Reunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Martin (French part), Lithuania, Morocco, Benin, Togo, Tunisia, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Madagascar.

If the card is international but not issued in one of these countries, it cannot be used to reload the Moneco account currently.

You can fund your Moneco account using one of the following methods:

  • Transfer from an account in France or Europe

  • Topup with a card issued from the accepted countries

  • Transfer from another Moneco user
