As part of our regulatory obligations regarding customer due diligence, if there are incoming funds totaling over €1,500 (either as a single amount or cumulatively) into your Moneco account over the last 30 days, we will need to request proof of the source of the funds.
Accepted proofs include:
Employment contract
Payslip
Tax assessment
Unemployment certificate
Student grant certificate
Failure to respond within 21 days will result in the freezing of the account in accordance with our Terms of Service (including the Xpollens Account TOS signed at the account opening).
