I can't see an incoming transfer

Check if it's a standard or instant transfer.

Verify with your sender if the transfer was sent without any issues on their end.

Instant transfers are sometimes automatically rejected when the recipient cannot receive an instant transfer at that moment. In that case, a new standard transfer needs to be sent.

Standard transfers take 1 to 3 business days to appear in the recipient's account. If this timeframe is exceeded, contact us via the chat in the application.
