Currently, we can only deliver your card in France.
Therefore, we need an address in France to finalize your registration and deliver your card. You will then be able to use your card and account anywhere in the world and online :)
We will offer other European countries in the coming months, so stay tuned!
Please note, it is not allowed to use a non-residential address or a PO Box.
We may ask you for proof of residence as part of our customer knowledge obligations.
If you are staying with a relative or friend in France, you can indicate this in the application.
Make sure to put your name on the mailbox to ensure you receive your letter.
If we ask you for proof of residence, you will need to be able to provide the following 3 documents:
A certificate of accommodation in your name and at this address written by your relative or friend.
The identity document of your host.
A proof of residence dated within the last 3 months for this address in the name of your host.
